3) We own the best manufacturing, test and measurement equipment available, from world class sources located internationally, giving us the advantage of reduced labor costs and manufacturing precision and repeatability. So today, much of what we do is done in house, by skilled work force.
4) When it come to RF & Microwave work, we design, develop, produce and test Connectors, Antennas, Cable Assemblies, Waveguides, Adapter, Power Dividers using appropriate software, 3D modeling, Vector Analyzers, and RF emulation software.
5) Our high speed, precision, wire and cable processing equipment deliver leads to less than 0.005 inch tolerances. Our wires, cables, and terminated assemblies are checked and certified by computer controlled test sets. In house connector over-molding capability, strain relief design and production as well as injection molding is available.
6) We have the most effective quality and documentation control system - if a part is rejected the cost comes from the owners pocket, we don't have sugar daddys or stockholders to fund rejects.
